That sure got the setting enabled for me, but I have been troubleshooting the turtle issue. I have SVM & IOMMU enabled in my bios. I have an MSI ACE MB with a 5900X CPU. I made sure that all 3 windows features are not enabled. - Hyper-V - Virtual Machine Platform - Windows Hypervisor Platform. I also have Memory Integration turned off. And I ran the ....bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off from CMD as ADMIN. I really thought this setting was gonna be the last thing I needed to get the turtle to go away :(
