✍️ Summary:
Avocado
Avocado has become a popular breakfast choice for many, and it’s easy to see why. This creamy, nutrient-dense fruit offers a unique blend of healthy fats. These healthy fats are known to support heart health by helping to lower LDL cholesterol levels while maintaining or even increasing HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol. This balancing effect is crucial for reducing the risk of heart disease and maintaining healthy blood vessels. Additionally, the healthy fats in avocado help keep you full and satisfied, reducing the likelihood of overeating later in the day.

Greek yogurt

While we are on the subject of Greek yogurt, let us talk about why it is a "super breakfast add-on." Greek yogurt contains nearly twice the protein of regular yogurt, with around 10 grams per 100-gram serving. This high protein content is essential for muscle repair and growth, particularly after a night of fasting when your body is in a catabolic state. Protein in Greek yogurt helps kickstart your metabolism, provides sustained energy, and keeps you feeling full longer, reducing the likelihood of mid-morning hunger and unnecessary snacking.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is more than just a warm, comforting breakfast. It’s a nutrient-packed choice that may significantly enhance your overall health. One of the key reasons to incorporate oatmeal into your morning routine is its high content of soluble fiber, particularly beta-glucan. This type of fiber interacts with water in your digestive tract, forming a gel-like substance that slows down the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. This slower digestion process helps stabilize your blood sugar levels.

Have you noticed that some recommend not to eat something for some serious reason and some recommend to eat that same thing for another good reason? 🤔

Many of the healthiest people eat just fruit or whole grain products. Many avoid breakfast altogether.

Do some damned studies.
I am an adult. A senior. No dairy protein food or any other animal protein contributes to health for me.
