Hi Fernan, I may have missed it, but if I just share a report from the service, put a link in teams, or export live data into a ppt, do my colleagues need a licence for these 3 different methods or can they view the data for free ? thanks

Hello Sir, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to ask if it’s still possible to share a dashboard via 'Publish to Web' (Public Access) using the free Power BI service. I’ve created a report that I would like to share, but I’ve encountered some issues while trying to do so, as it doesn’t seem to work the way I’ve seen in videos on YouTube.

If I publish to Web my report. Any changes done in power bi desktop and publish its not reflecting in publish to Web code.

I’ve shared my dashboard as public, but I’ve noticed that when I add the latest data or make any changes and publish it, those updates aren’t appearing. However, users with a license are able to see the changes.

Is there a workaround for this issue? Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi the Embed report option gives me this error : To publish this report on the web, ask your Power BI admin if they will allow you to create new publish to web embed codes. Once they turn that on, you will be able to publish this report to the web, What is your suggestion?

Good video. But, how to share APP within PBI Service to someone that doesnt have PBI (PRO version minimum)? Is that even possible? Or what do you suggest in a case if you have as an endusers just persons who are looking at numbers with a minimum interractions? So not even developers, just lets say viewers.

So, if i have a client I wish to sell PBI to, who has 150 potential viewers, then that client needs to pay 150*$10.00 per month = $1, 500.00 to view power bi reports? Is that correct?
