I actually use to clean the machine at the mcds I worked at. It was never that dirty

I work at chick-fil-a and am here to say, our ice cream machine gets THOUROUGHLY cleaned every night. The whole thing is disassembled and we wipe down the entirety of the outside.

In Mcdonalds, that doesn’t exist and not why it’s broken. The company makes it purposefully break (the machine company) that only their mechanics can fix so meaning they get more money.
