I am a licensed, NY, broker. I accepted a NJ, listing, and the buyer has my contract tied up. He won't close and won't let my seller, out so we can get another, buyer. In Mustang Oklahoma there is a "Loitering Law" which allows police to come on private property without a complaint and demand your ID. I was arrested sitting in my van in a private parking lot and was arrested for failure to ID, held in jail for five days without an Attorney, without being read my Miranda Rights, and a judge came to my jail cell telling me to sign this guilty plea, pay the fines or stay in jail and a weight trial.
Now I'm awaiting a very large settlement and would like to sue in Federal Court to abolish this Unconstitutional Loitering Law, and not only in Mustang Oklahoma, but the other parts of Oklahoma that have the same Unconstitutional Law. I feel it's Unconstitutional because it circumvents your Right to Privacy. Being Secure in your Person, Papers and Effects.
People sue, for the most part, for the pay out. Not me. I want to astablish Case Law that all districts in the U.S. would have to follow.
They use this Law to punish anybody undesirable so they leave and never come back. I was "Van Life'n" it and just passing through when the police entered private property and approached me, sitting in my van, planning the next leg of my trip, spewed out a few words and I was arrested. That doesn't sound Constitutionally to me.

Hello, I have a diversity of citizenship issue concerning my automobile financing corporation in PA. My install payments hasn't been reported to 2 credit agencies in 13 months and on one agency it's reflecting my account is closed. I've contacted this intuition on 3 occasions from Jan-June this years (2024) concerning this matter which is still unresolved. How about bringing an unemployment case to Federal Court it's not 75000 but do I meet the federal question curious because most people are suing Virginia Unemployment now because they're just not simply doing their job once you file a claim with them you don't hear anything you can't get in touch with them and they do absolutely nothing for you to start getting your wages
