Just bought a 2010 Raptor 6.2L at 130k miles. I love this truck! Very happy with it. Going to keep it to 300k if I am lucky. Good video.

If your comfortable replacing your own shocks, you have the talent to rebuild them as well. Great videos here on you tube to walk you through it. All the special tools you need including a nitrogen tank is still cheaper than paying someone to rebuild them. I did the same thing, bought a used set, rebuilt them, then replaced the original. Now I have a set to rotate through as needed.

I used texas shock works! They send rebuilt shocks to me, springs included, for extra, "none of my local mechanics wanted to beal with those springs!" They arrived, my local mechanic put them on, and I sent the old ones back Fed-ex with a prepaid shipping sticker. What a night and day Got $400 back off price of rebuilt shocks, core.... Check them out! SK

My issues with my 2013 Roush Raptor 150K so far (Most are very common):
Back windows off track
Sunroof Track broke
P0456- EVAP Purge Valve bad
B124D-02 - TPMS sensors bad
B10F1-14 Key circuit failure - replaced the ignition switch
B1211-13 - Airbag switch failure
B1215-00 Running board lamp short
Driver-side window switch faulty
C1001-01 Backup camera faulty
AC Leak
Fuse 27 relocation

What a list.. but nothing was very expensive or hard to fix.

Probably the most informative video ive found on the raptor that's actually useful. Still trying to figure out the issues with my raptor and this video didn't mention it but it's still a very helpful video.

Fuse 27 melts and disconnects doing 80 miles an hour shuts off the engine, lose power steering, fuel pump. Dangerous as f*k and truck died on the highway and cant believe never a recall!

I recommend changing the UCA to a Uniball control arm to eliminate binding OFFROAD from the ball joint or if you you raise the front higher in the future this would also help with caster and camber I suppose .

And we have a weak power steering pump. Which is not cheap to replace or way expensive to upgrade. ($300-$1300 in parts im taking about)

that driver side passenger door is an issue with ford. both my 2016 ford explorer and my 2006 explorer have that issue as well. i also know other ford vehicles do this as well.

Don't slide your ass out the seat use your steps . I'm 6'3 and 325 and have yet to break my raptor seat trim. But I'm careful how I exit the truck. Lol

Have you run into this??? I have a 2012 F150 Harley edition. We tow it and last time we towed it the computer said it was in tow mode and to leave it in N. Well we got back to the house and i smelled trans fluid. The computer didn’t have the transfer case disengage the trans so the trans just spun in N for 640 miles. That cost me a new trans. Trans and instal was 10.5K. It would be nice to be able to confirm that the trans is disengaged.

As previously mentioned, what is the story on that air bag setup? I have a 2013 that I use for work, have the Decked storage system full with tools so it's heavy AF. Not to mention everything I have stacked on top of it. Been thinking of getting an airbag setup to help alleviate squat.

Ford should be embarrassed. Same truck. That fuse 27 was so frustrating before they knew what was going on. Should have been a recall.
