Thanks for the review. Would you recommend this or the WL toys F949 you just reviewed for someone who wants a park flyer? Because of shipping this one actually works out a couple bucks cheaper, I fly FPV miniquads but I'll be stuck using the radio it comes with unless I decide to pick up a cheap Flysky or jumper radio. Ive been casting about for some way I can get my fixed wing FPV on a smaller scale, been hoping for a year or more someone would come out with the equivilent of a tiny whoop...
Closest Ive seen is IBCrazy's Gremlin Triplane being slow enough with capacity to carry FPV, it's a little wide for flying through most door-ways, but the biggest killer, seeing as I live @ the arse-end of the world when it comes to shipping, it's WAAAY too expencive for just a 'kit'....
This is why Ive been enjoying you delving back into the smaller planes recently- Thank you!
Hopefully you manage to find something that fits the bill... ;)
Im sure whichever company cracks the fixed-wing Tiny Whoop fomula is going to make a small fortune :D

<--- If you look I have one of these as my avatar. Had it for over a year and it loops really easily in the 2nd stab mode. Will fly in anything up to about a 9mph wind (after which it tends to travel backwards) but struggles with anything over 6mph unless you dial in a lot of down elevator. Delicacy on the controls is needed though.
Spare batteries are useful but it has a fair flying time (14 minutes if you don't push it too hard )though it's probably best to split your flights as the motor can get a little warm. It will carry a AIO but if it does it REALLY struggles for lift. _There's a newer version now the 761.3 but finding it is still difficult_

I think you may have switched it back to beginner mode for the rest of the flight after you tried expert mode briefly, but I didn't hear you say that you switched back to beginner mode. Did you?
