I'll share some cool studies, including a classic one by Rosenthal and Jacobson, which showed how teachers' high expectations led to better student performance. Spoiler: It's super powerful stuff for parents, teachers, and leaders!

I can’t wait for you to hear this episode and start applying these insights in your life. Let’s make a positive change together!

Expectations and affirmations can be distinct. Hopefully there is consensus "you're so lazy" is not a great thing to say. But, how about "I know you can try harder, and usually you do! Try again, I know you can do it." Is that ideal, or does it still miss the mark?

Thank you for reminder to praise on effort!
