Fix photoshop 2021 not opening or not responding

Now I use the Photoshop 2021 software. Photoshop 2021 is not launching.

The first method. Go to the Device Manager of the computer. Now click on Display Adapter. Now disable the display adapter. Now try to launch your Photoshop 2021 software.

The second method:
Right-click on Photoshop software and go to properties. Now click on Compatibility. Check the Run Administration box. Then click on Apply. Then click OK.

it works!!!! I understood it was due to the graphic card not being a recommanded one. We must tell photoshop to work despite this uncompatiblity

yes, the first method worked, and apparently for many, so thank you. however, having to disable the gpu does come with it's own disadvantages does it not ? should be a big performance loss from what i understand. so what is actually causing these issues? adobe ? winsows ? or graphics car drivers ? it seams really silly that this doesn't just work on a professional software.

My photoshop isn't on the desktop. It opens but then it stops responding and I can't close it. It's in creative cloud and the creative cloud doesn't respond it had to be reinstalled again and again
