How to Summon Spirits in Elden Ring (Boss Battles Tutorial)

In Elden Ring, summoning spirits can be a game-changer during tough battles. Here’s how you can do it:

Get the Spirit Calling Bell:
First, meet Melina and unlock your horse, Torrent. You’ll encounter her around the third Site of Grace.
Backtrack to the Church of Elleh (likely the second Site of Grace you visited after the tutorial zone) at night.
Speak to Renna the witch there. Confirm that you’re Torrent’s owner, and she’ll give you the Spirit Calling Bell along with the Lone Wolf Ashes for free1.
Summon Spirits:
Equip your desired spirit in any slot.
Look for the glowing gravestone icon in the bottom left of the screen. When you see it, you can summon spirits as long as you have enough Focus Points (FP)
