high rep builds twitch muscle fibers, this will make your muscles look bigger, but they are not always stronger. (you still gain muscle and strength idk wtf she on)

Misinformation. Or at least misleading. Need to specify and not just say "high rep". You build the same amount of muscle at 30 reps as you do at 6 reps assuming an appropriate load of used to get you to the same proximity to failure.

What studies is she talking about, I thought the “studies” say you can build muscle all up to 30 reps
