The following list of dysmorphic features associated with Down Syndrome is not all-inclusive, but consists of many of the more recognized facial and extremity manifestations of trisomy 21. These are some of the more common external dysmorphic features in patients with Down syndrome; many other internal malformations and comorbidities may also be present.

I gravitate to folks with Downs. Maybe because my first friend had the syndrome. Im just so happy everytime i meet a person with Downs! 😊😊😊

Is it possible that this syndrome doesnt get diagnosed at birth? Can it be tested later by the age of 3 to 5? Im asking because I know a child who might have it, but isnt diagnosed with it...
