I will say of all the Youtubers in the DFW Real Estate area, Wendy is very good at reading the contracts and pointing out stuff.
That's very important IMO.

Somehow I have a very bad feeling about the real estate situation in DFW area. The home prices went up too high too fast and if anything goes bad with the jobs market, as it is already shaking up, ppl that are buying homes now would be in a great pain.
