Agree to all points you mentioned about having 2 trainings the same day. My daily routine is going to the gym at 4am and swimming training after 4pm when I finish my work. There is always enough time between my trainings to recover, but of coirse there are also some trade offs I need to consider like going to sleep at 8pm, otherwise you won't get up that early next day.

I would like to do full distance triathlon next year and I don't wanna give up my swim sessions (I go 4 times per week) so to add bike and run when I already have 4 swim and 1-2 gym, doubles is the only way... but if that wouldn't be the case, I'd just stick to one per day and 1-2 off days per week

What would you recommend if my team practices, which are usually pretty intense, are in the afternoon so I can’t exactly put the more intense workout first?

I like to go swimming before the gym. I do 1k meters at medium intensity. When I work from home I can separate the workouts. I know that doing it at the same time is not the best option but it is the one I like the most. any advice?

Hey, can anyone give me some advice on how to effectively train for free sprinting? I'm a skinny guy weighing 53kg at nineteen. When I train sprints or sprint drills I get exhausted pretty quickly, when I do cooldown after training I feel pretty weak. Did anyone encounter that?
