Brown Sugar fruit is called Ciku (pronounce: Chi-Koo) in Malay language of Malaysia. Usually this fruit is collected while it's unripe and the outer skin of this fruit is rubbed with coconut husk, like we polishing it out and we keep the fruit for about few days or almost a week and the fruit is fully ripen perfectly. It tastes very sweet.
