Man I don’t know if you planted the fruit trees or the previous owners but whoever planted them is brilliant.

Growing up in Palawan, the house I grew up in was surrounded by Jackfruits, Guava, Star Apple(kaimito), sugar apple, star fruit, Guyabano, Kamiyas, Coconut Tree, Golden Coconut tree, mangos, apple mangos, wani, chico, chesa fruit, santol, cacao... I had to go farther to find tamarind. I guess I was lucky as a kid. When I moved to Canada more than a decade ago, I was a bit disappointed at how every tree is a pine tree or a variety that doesn't bear fruits for human enjoyment. Edit: There were lots of flying foxes (bats) during night time and when there's moon in the sky, we would lay outside and watch their migration. Amazing to see them flying way up.

You’re super blessed friend. What an amazing way to live, I’d adore being able to wake up and walk outside and pick from any of those.
