This really gets to the heart of what I think your channel is all about, making cooking manageable. Many of these ingredients I've stayed away from at the grocery store because I was never shown how to handle them. I bet there are a lot of people that will not be so intimidated by a simple vegetable anymore. Thank you for doing this. You have a natural gift for teaching and cooking.

My husband and I both grew up watching you as children! I just found your channel a couple of days ago for the first time! I am HOOKED!! I watched your top 10 recipes first in one sitting (pausing only to cook dinner) and now feel like I'm catching up with your veggie videos. I loved them as a child, and would watch with my mom, then help her cook what you made. It is awesome that you are online now, and I feel like a kid again! So many happy memories, and your antics are the best!! Absolutely love your channel, and love you. I can't get enough!! Please don't retire.
