MOST UNDERRATED TOWN IN IRELAND? 🇮🇪 what kilkenny is REALLY like

Is Kilkenny worth visiting? This was my second time visiting this medieval city in the south-east of Ireland, so clearly I think there are somethings worth seeing. Even just a short day trip visit on this final Ireland stop of tour allowed us to see Kilkenny Castle, the Smithwick's Experience, the Butterslip, and Medieval Mile, as well as several local Kilkenny pubs. We had a great time performing at Billy Byrne's as we said goodbye to Ireland... for now. 😉

My family visited Kilkenny (we are from the U.S) a couple years ago. We only got to spend one day.
Yet, we loved it so much we’re coming back this year (2024) and spending an entire week over Christmas to wander around and enjoy the preserved history of this hidden gem.
If you haven’t, please do visit. Kilkenny and the people there are wonderful and the history is right in front of you.

Love your travelling music tour vids! My best friend growing up was Patrick Kilkenny; I also passed through my namesake town of Kilcullen...but I digress!
