This was an Amazing treasure hunt. I went metal detecting and screening inside of an Old School house and i racked up on coins. I probably dug 20 coins if not more out of the same small hole.

Keep up with my daily adventures!

About Nugget Noggin:
Hey! I'm Michael, I love to get outdoors and discover awesome things
with my metal detector. I started treasure hunting when I was 12 years
old and shortly after received my first metal detector. Since then, I've
been hooked and just love going out to search for the unknown. You
may see me in the woods crawling under an old house or diving down
in the river to search for rings. Wherever the adventure brings us, I'll try
my best to keep you entertained.

I noticed that a lot of people are hating on this guys video. Honestly, this is what life is about. It's about enjoying the little things, exploring, and fueling the inner child in all of us. If he chooses to do this with his time then that is his own fucking choice. What difference does it make to your life that he chooses his time exploring? It doesn't, so maybe you're just upset that you aren't so easily satisfied with the simple things in life.

I'm in my 70's now and have been detecting since I was 25, way back when we used BFO's, (Beat Frequency Oscillation). One could not discriminate with this type of detector so we had to dig every signal, pulltabs were a bitch in those days. Nuggetnoggon here reminds me of my turf scratching days of dirty fingers, poison ivy, cuts, and insect bites, but most of all the thrill of the hunt. I could write a good sized book about my finds and places I've hunted from Canada, Cape Cod down to Florida and Texas. This hobby is good clean fun where you can meet life long friends, plus the exercise and fresh air is good for you. Don't get me wrong, I didn't get to all those places because I had lots of money, my job took me there and in any spare time this hobby helped me to relax. I just bought my great grandson his first Bounty Hunter Jr. to get him started and you should have seen his face when he found his first penny in his yard down about 3 in's, a wheaty by the way. So all you haters or so called trolls, don't hate get out in the fresh air. You won't get rich with this hobby, buy you will have a heck of a lot of fun.

Im so impressed with your sense of value for these amazing artifacts! Most teens wouldn't think twice or care about the value & importance of things like this!! Congratulations on such a treasure trove! Im certain your destined for even greater finds in time to come!! You have totally intrigued my interest back for finding these wonderful things!! When my cousins and I were young, my grandparents had a farm, but by the time we came along they had leased out all of the fields to a local sod farming company. Each spring the company would come and till up the soil and some of my fondest memories would be of my grandparents taking us back to the site of an old house that had burned down about 100 years before and we'd go 'treasure hunting'. Each year when the soil was tilled, we would find pieces of broken plates and buttons and all kinds of things that most of the people on here would call 'junk', but it was treasure to us. We've still got tin containers full of our finds. Just like everything in life, it's all about what you make of it. I bet you had a lot of fun that day, and you found some really neat things. Don't let some of these folks get you down... until they find their own 'treasure', they'll never fully understand how the fun of discovering a little bits of the past can feel so rewarding. Happy hunting!

Love the fact that he's out doing something he seems really passionate about and not sitting in front of a computer like most young folks these days! Very refreshing and I love his accent!

that indian point is really nice, i live in St. Augustine Florida and find Native pots and points a lot, makes my heart soar to hold something that was made so long ago.some of my pots probably haven't been touche by hands in 3000 years or more, the pottery shards with finger prints are my very favorite, gives me a personal connection with a man or woman that lived so very long ago, great feeling.

I enjoy your videos kid, your Dad brought you up well. Your appreciation for long lost quality made artifacts and bring them back to modern day life so we can reobserve how our Grandfathers and Great great Grandfathers used to do things brings me at least, sweet memorys back to the present. Thankyou and thankyou too Abby for supporting him! Keep it up!!

Your enthusiasm is addictive.  Great honey hole!  Happy hunting and keep the videos coming.  The people that make negative comments are just jealous or don't have any sense of adventure beyond sitting at their desk 24x7 watching YouTube videos.  We need more people like you!  Keep up the fun and excitement and can't wait for your next video!

I saw a coin at about two o'clock on 2:24.   By the way, your young and you won't have a problem for awhile, but you should at least wear a mask while digging these old houses.   Rat, mice and other rodents dropping are very noxious.   Be careful, it will catch up to you later, I know from first hand experience as a contractor remodeling many old places.

This kid is great. He's outside enjoying himself. He is not on the computer playing games. He might be wasting his time but he is young and it's his time to waste. The people who are critical of him are just jealous of his joy.

A musket ball and an indian arrowhead dug out from the same spot: American history 101 right there. For me that's the coolest find. Kid, keep doing what you're doing because is way better than hanging in a parking lot with 5 morons, sipping beer, farting and burping. Thumbs up, kid!

Back in the 70s, me and a friend of mine were in an abandoned wrecking yard of old cars dating from the 60s on back into the 30s.  Looking at a rusted thru quarter panel on a 50s car, I noticed some coins. Opened the deck lid and began scooping along that inner panel and found a hoard of wheatback pennies.  About 1000 in total.  We split the find and after all this time, I still have those pennies in my ole collection.

That little Scottie dog looks like a Monopoly game piece from the 1930s. Great finds!

Just wanted to say that you are a breath of fresh air compared to other young folks, who can't hear or see because they're tuned into fiction/fighting video games. Your dig on the "old schoolhouse" caught me up in your excitement so I searched for more of your videos. Since then I have liked and subscribed to your channel, and look forward to seeing more. don't even respond to the nay-sayers! You'd be wasting your time on those FEW people. It's likely that they don't understand what having a hobby is, and they're kids are probably sitting in the background playing those time-wasting videos.

Evidently you're excited, and I think it's exciting as well. That's really some great finds. Hobby or employment, you're obviously enjoying yourself, so keep it up, have fun.
