Why People Buy - The Real Secret Sauce

During a lovely dinner with friends, I was asked a curious question:

"Max, how did you get started in this business? How did you start to gain traction in this business?"

And their question reminded me of this story when I first got started.

I met with people one on one, and I'd talk with them about what's going on in their life, what their challenges were and I was energetically feeling into if I could help them.

The moment it became clear to me that I was in fact able to help them because:

1. I was one step ahead of them
2. I had particular knowledge in this area

Then I'd inspire them to say "yes" to move forward.

As I was telling this story, it was reminding me that the most crucial ingredient to get people to buy is NOT what you think it is.

Here are some Myths of why people buy:

1. You have all the answers figured out - this is not true because guess what? We never have all the answers figured out.

2. You have the perfect Website, Marketing & Brand - the truth is that most of the businesses I've started didn't have any of that before they started to generate real substantial income.

So what is the mysterious reason why people buy from you?

It's when and because you have a "YES Energy".

Meaning, you are saying Yes in your life, you're saying Yes to what you desire, Yes to what you want to create in the world. You're the kind of person that wraps people in your energy that feels very positive, forward moving, positive and incredible.

So that "YES Energy" moves people beyond their limitations and fears. It inspires them to desire to solve their problem. It wraps them up in this very positive place so when they engage with you they want to be around this kind of person and want to achieve what this person says they can achieve.

So ultimately you have to be a "YES Energy" person. Where just by being in your presence, it inspires people to do more with their lives.

There are 3 levels of this:

Level #1 of Why People Buy - You say YES to your own life.
You take ownership of moving through your own stuff. You create the results and lifestyle you desire.

Level #2 of Why People Buy - You say YES to doing something great in the world.
You're saying "yes" to actually being up to something that people are inspired by, that they feel what you're creating is this feeling of YES, there's something amazing happening.

Level #3 of Why People Buy - You say YES to them.
Yes that you are committed to people's growth, transformation and hearts. Yes to people actually experiencing the richness of their lives.

These are the 3 levels of YES I want you to cultivate in your life today.

This is Defiantly True Max!
I met a lady today and she asked why I'm so successful in Real Estate at age 22.
Didn't know exactly how to answer.
She is 45, has been doing it for 10 years with no great results.
AND, she has Virtual assistants, outstanding Marketing, Websites all the good stuff I wish I had.
and here I am age 22 with $50k Profit contracts!
She was a bit intimidated and jealous when meeting with me and asked...HOW?!
Now I know exactly how to answer her.
