I wouldn't mind having a remastered oblivion.

That moment, at the start of the game when you come out of the tunnels and see the world stretched before you, just blew me away. That's when I knew that games had become amazing. Fallout 3 did the same when you first leave the vault

I heard thieves broke into the Arcane University, The Imperial Legion Compound, and the Temple all in the same night!... wait a minute, let me do that one again.

I can't believe it's summer 2020 and we haven't heard anything at all about starfield or elderscrolls 6

Him: What makes oblivion so great?
Me: Nothing I'd like to talk about
Him: [Snort]
Me: So long
Him: You too

The sky turning red when I happened across Kvatch the first time was one of my favorite video game moments ever.

Nothing gives you that same feeling when you're walking in the wilderness, taking it all in, deer and butterflies and the music, then you walk up to a gate leading to literal hell lol

This game got me through shitty ass middle school and high school when I need to escape from depression. I give this game the reason I'm still around today. As much as I may bad mouth Lord Todd and his crew, the ones that worked on Oblivion will always be responsible for saving a life with this game as silly as it sounds ig. I don't expect others to get the same satisfaction from this game as I do but I do hope people play it and give it a try.

There's been so many different releases for Skyrim, but not a single remaster for Oblivion. Makes no sense.

It always fascinates me when you first play a game that seems to be the best looking game of all time, then years go by and that old game looks totally outdated. I remember the first time I played Oblivion, which was back when it first released, and I thought that no other game could look or perform better. I love how much gaming has improved over the years.

Oblivion for me was like a Super Mario 64 moment. I was just floored and it showed me a potential of what games could be I hadn't seen articulated so well before. It felt like you could come up with any idea and it would be possible, the game was full of limits but FELT limitless.
Only a few games hit like that.

I feel like Oblivion music contributed so much to how the environment FELT, and the overall atmosphere of the game. The Oblivion soundtrack is, to this day, an inspiring piece of music.

I like how colorful it was, my biggest gripe with Skyrim is how drab and gray everything is

I spent my entire summer break playing this game back in 2007. Oblivion and Fallout 3 were probably the most impactful games in my life.

The Shivering Isles DLC made this already amazing, immersive world even more immense with a totally new world and story to explore. The memories I have exploring the Isles and uncovering the mystery of Sheogorath / Jyggalag even more awesome. For me this is the most immersive Elder Scrolls game yet, with Skyrim close behind
