Fun fact to the fun fact about her giving you a debuff: If you complete her questline, she will give you a version of her blessing that wont give you a debuff, so you can have a part of Fia on you without losing anything.

For those who don't know, she can help get you some sick armor from D during her questline after you reach the royal capitol. I highly suggest this as it's a nice breather by allowing a woman to hold you after all the abuse you take in this game
