Anubis | Lord of the Necropolis

In Ancient Egypt, when a person died it was believed they would be met by Anubis, the jackal god of embalming and cemeteries. This grim, foreboding figure was responsible for overseeing the mummification process, and the judgement of the soul upon the scales of truth. This was a brilliant video, the intro with the smoke effects being used to transition between the pictures of mythological figure was particularly glorious. I would've also assumed that Anubis was the god of the dead if not for this video, ironically until the day I died
