I love how Chef Kevin explains everything while Albert only says the ingredient's name. 😂
Thank God I've just eaten. Both versions look so delicious, my tummy would've grumbled if it were empty, lol.
Maybe next time you could do a blind taste test with a third party. That would be more challenging, I suppose. Good job anyway, Albert! You CAN cook!

Props to the chef, mixing pecorino and parmiggiano/grana is a great idea if your pecorino is very salty. In Italy you can get Pecorino romano at the correct level of saltiness so I use only Pecorino
