I agree with you Tim. I also feel envious of those who believe without hesitation and automatically adhere to the rules imposed to the religion to each one belongs. I think that, in this way, it is easier to accept the adversities that life faces us and the idea of our finitude. But we cannot ignore the fact that the interpretation of these rules has also caused a lot of damage throughout the ages.
I think it is possible to believe and have faith beyond religions. But I always allow myself to doubt even about my certainties.
