Nigeria's 2023 General Elections: The Role Of Religion

One of the key issues for Nigeria as it prepares for the presidential and general elections in early 2023 is how much influence religion could have on the polls.

There are concerns over the rise in the number of attacks targeting both Christians and Muslims in the last five years. President Buhari has blamed such senseless acts on those he says are intent on creating political instability and fostering divisions.
