Just would like to share I quit coffee, smoking and drinking all around the same time and I have been doing all these thing for over 5+ years almost everyday! Yes my withdrawals have been pretty intense lol It's been a little over 2 weeks now and I'm starting to feel really amazing!! I was kind of forced to quit these bad habits because of my heart issue I was having. I did get a check up and I don't have any real issues to be concerned about! But I'm pretty excited about all of this on top of that I will be saving over $700 a month and I'm going to be healthier, honestly it's not that hard to quit!

Just got home from hospital TIA stroke got me. I'm done with smoking it's been 30 hrs and counting since last cig. Going on Medication thanks to 30 years of smoking.

Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds overnight. I struggled with diets and exercise, but they don't work. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. For awhile I tolerated being fat and I enjoyed the benefits of quitting, but when women rejected me for being fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day. So far I've only lost about 20 pounds, because it will probably take 2 or 3 years of heavy smoking to bring my weight back down again. If I have to choose between being a slim smoker or a fat nonsmoker, then I'll take the slim, any day. I don't care a hoot about the problems of smoking

Benzene is in tobacco smoke . That is a real killer .

I smoked for most of my life. I would not set a date to stop as if you didn’t stop on that date you will set another date and if you miss that, we’ll. you may find that you just say to yourself F#%# it. I found using E-cigarettes helped me a bunch.

People who want to be human they should stop smoking or vaping or use any tobacco product, another bad thing in my opinion is drinking alcohol 🍸

i smoked for 17 years and after 7 days of quitting i already feel so much better i wish the sale of tobacco was banned worldwide as it just kills you if i get a craving i just suck on a mint and that works well for me
