It's funny that how in all of the DC universe the only one that's ever really stayed with thier moral compass is batman. When his doomsday scenario was put into place that effectively stopped all the people with powers his only response was "Each one of you are strong enough to destroy the world in your own right. I dont apologize for having this contingency"

I think it's odd how in this story, Joker seems to have a point
Flashpoint's world is filled with even more suffering
If they go back, splitting the timeline, then they'd be able to help bruce in the OG timeline while destroying the object that threatens to destroy time. There are more lives to save with timetravel, and Thomas already screwed up flashpoint by killing random people. The invasion couldn't easily be stopped either.

I really dislike how they write modern Batman. I know they had to get him up to the rest of the league, but you expect me to believe that a guy in fancy armor who one day tracks down a serial killer in a pig mask can just turn around and start fighting with an interdimensional god alongside superman? Because... Prep time, right? So basically it's like a kid at a playgroung waving his toy around yelling "My superhero is better and can defeat anybody and he's the smartest and will think of a plan to defeat anyone and anything"
