Place lives in bizarro land. We'll start with the pros. Tax rate, climate, outdoor recreation. Thats where it ENDS. Cons. Homeless, rampant hardcore drug use, brainwashed culture focus on the family military vets that feel entitled (i did 48 months USN), ANGER road rage, multiples of unsolved homicides due to road rage, thieving culture, its imbeded in the culture to screw your neighbor, 1/3rd of the Springs needs to be bulldozed, per capita lack of quality restaurant's and bar culture, ghetto mentality. Nothing works as it should. Cost of housing either buying or renting vs income is abysmal. Bring a large bag of cash if your moving here. Lack of quality employment. ^All facts^.
