depending on the name of employee and month

Thanks forf this video. You explained the process for automating the execution of the Advanced Filter very well. Although my prior knowledge of Visual Basic was very helpful to understand how the macro code was automatically generated, without this video I would not have been able to figure out the additonal code to be written to control what area of the worksheet to monitor for changes so that the macro automatically runs.
