For Bristol City, I’d say the aim should be for our defence to match what our attack was last season and with the signings of Wilson and Naismith, I feel like it’s possible for the side to be more balanced and competitive.

Rovers fan. Like you said Ben, it’s all on what happens to Diaz. I would sell him right now for £10m-12m and put a good chunk back into recruiting new faces. Hoping for a top half but I’m expecting to be in the 10th-14th bracket.

as a stoke fan i can say i honestly haven’t a fkn clue what to expect 😭 the last couple season we’ve look like 100% set candidates for top 6, but then we get an injury or something and the season completely falls off. we have on paper a really good squad, but not a lot of depth, and i don’t know if even without injuries we have enough experience to see out enough games to make it. if we finish top half, but put in a decent push for top 6, i’d be happy with that.

Swansea or Bristol are dark horses. West Brom for top 6 especially with Jed wallace. We will struggle heavily

Losing Jed is a blow, but would still say Millwall can finish top half. Still got a good core group of players and with the potential business happening in the coming days/weeks we could see us push on further. Developing more of a younger squad now n saying goodbye to some of the more experienced heads

I slightly disagree with swansea, Flynn downes himself said that the aim was to ‘win the league’ after last season. And with an ideal signing like darling coming in, a brilliant set piece coach, a new pato contract and many links, I think the aim should be playoffs
