As a child I would lay in the light of our Christmas tree and listen to this. A friend made a cassette for me 45 years ago and I still listen to it.

I have my parents' original album. It's still in the original sleeve/cover. As kids, we played this album all the time during the Christmas season, singing to every single song-- including the different inflexions in the singing voices. I still know them all today. I had a blessed childhood. I never knew we were poor. Six siblings and we never wanted for anything. Had a full tree every Christmas. Thank You, God, for blessing me with parents who knew how to love, teach and raise kind, caring, responsible children. Continue to rest in Heavenly

This is one of the holiday albums my mother played every year from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve. In my mind it is associated with warmth, magic, love, even the Christmas Eve fight my parents had every year! Cheers to all.

This I believe was the only Goodyear annual Christmas album my parents had. They tended to buy the W.T. Grants annual Christmas albums. Earlier today, I sent a picture of this album to my siblings and everyone instantly recognized the album cover and a flood of early Christmas memories ensued.

A friend I know had an uncle who worked for Goodyear for 45 years and he got these albums every year. Unfortunately he passed away and has inherited the collection.
