Fun fact: there was a bug that made the click act ACTUALLY spawn infinte popups and ACTUALLY crash the game

Clicking on pop-ups also gives you insight to what each character likes!

just clicking Poppup twice in the first encounter with it instantly fully recruits it, which is quite convenient

I remember on day one of release, if you "crashed" the popups, but still had a Mous hanging around, the game would softlock. Good times-

You can click a popup, spare it, then click the other one, over and over again to get infinite money

One thing to note is that doing this only spares the pop-ups, not all of the enemies!

You can witness in a fight where this is a pop-up and a maus.

Note: if you spared (or defeated) 1 popup and clicked a second popup, it would spawn a popup to replace the one you defeated, possibly creating a semi-infinite loop of popup spawning and sparing (or defeating).
This is probably why one of the last few enemies on Snowgrave route is a popup, and this might save a future Deltarune Chaos Mod Snowgrave Route.
