Caution to anyone considering this system. They are NOT PCI compliant. Some of the "Ai" features really aren't automatic. They sell you on the contact center license then you find out that you can't pause recordings if a rep transfers the call to another rep and tell you you need to upgrade to a sales license at great expense to be able to pause recordings. It's ludicrous.
