*These stackable drawer containers can be a cost-effective and space-saving alternative for a leopard gecko enclosure.
The mesh vent top is optional especially If using as a stack rack to house multiple leopard geckos, so you can always choose to add additional holes along the sides of the enclosure to increase airflow.
I'm in no way an art & craft expert so you can choose to sand/file down the cutout edges so it won't be sharp as well as have a neat appearance (This is just a cost-effective option that worked for me and you can feel free to explore or check out any other options that may be available on Youtube)
Note: To prevent the heat mat cable from snagging and pulling the heat mat off when opening the drawer - I simply tape my heat mat underneath the inner slide drawer but be sure to cut a small hole in the back of the outer (black) encasement enough to pass the heat mat cord and plug through so the heat mat cable can flow freely whenever opening or closing the inner drawer.
When I rescued Solara she was housed in a tiny 5 1/2 gallon tank with only 1 hide, but now she truly enjoys this much larger enclosure with all her needs met and I also let my Leopard Geckos out a few times a week for play and bonding time. You may have noticed in the PIP clips of the video she's comfortable utilizing all hides in her enclosure😊

(Or Simply use a Hot Knife and Drill Bit to make the air holes)
