Bailey (Chandra Wilson) has found out that Owen (Kevin McKidd) stole drugs and used them to help terminally ill veterans die, and she's forced to call the police on him and Teddy (Kim Raver). Owen has always been impulsive with his feelings and choices and this one finally caught up to him. It’s his own fault and he should be grateful Teddy didn’t leave and Bailey didn’t call the cops immediately and gave them time to run. P.S shoutout to Teddy for making this issue hers too because that’s not just her husband and father of her kids, but her best friend first.

He should’ve been a decent man turned his self in so his wife and children could keep a stable life he destroyed his wife’s career and adopted child’s life and their child’s life. But that’s how Owens always been he’s never cared or loved a woman he just wanted a womb to give him kids he finally gets the kids that he wants and then he trashes their life by them having to live their life on the run forever. Now because I ran Teddy‘s in eyeball deep now where she could’ve said I did not know and they left it at that. If Owen was the honorable man they keep trying to make him out to be he would’ve owned this mistake.

So by the end of this episode it looks like
1. The Residents are gone (hopefully coming back)
2. Owen and Teddy are gone (don't see how they can come back from this though)
3. Bailey is gone ( probably will be back)
4. Nick walked out (probably will come back too depending on what happens with Mer)

I think Nick and Kai will be series regulars for the 19th season (probably final season)

Ellen signed a one year deal and was upped from co-executive producer to executive producer of station 19 so she's definitely staying. If this will be the final season I think we will see some of the other actors like Owen and Teddy have maybe an episode to close of their storylines better just like they've done with Jackson and April I this episode. I guess we will see what happens in season 19 maybe Ellen Pompeo will be like Ellen Degeneres and end it at 19 seasons.

The husband that reported them … yeah is he not going to also get in trouble since essentially he would have murdered his wife. And considering the fact she doesn’t want her kids to know you essentially screwed that up. So he’s wrecked two families his own and theirs. And don’t get me wrong Owen messed up. But in being a snitch you put other army vets families at risk as well. So your wife’s legacies is now tarnished instead of exalted. Yeah husband didn’t think that one through.
