back in 2018, when I was in 8th grade I saw your tutorials on Ardunio programming and that was the changing point in my life for me. Those videos kick started my love for robotics and programming in general since those videos were perhaps one of the best tutorials out there. Back then, you the videos only had a disembodied voice but now I can finally see the man with the iconic voice. Anyway, now I'm applying to college this year and i just wanted to drop by to let you know how you change lives all the way here in Bangladesh. Really appreciate your works.

I switched to Mac years ago because Microsoft was shooting so many updates out there. Every day was update, update, update. Now Apple is doing the same thing and so is everyone else. Years ago software companies released solid versions of there software. They just worked! Not any more. They haphazardly release this software like they don’t care and just keep releasing updates. It’s amazing to me that we could send men to the moon and back with computers similar to a Commodore 64 and today nothing works right. Sorry, my rant is over now.

how can we control an esp32 function (pin connects to ground) with a voice module that outputs 3.3V signal? there must be a way to use a transistor to work like a switch between the pin and ground

I like 2.0 but do find it still a bit rough around the edges. On a laptop PC, if I close the lid / sleep, then re-open / wake the laptop I find that the IDE can't cope and I can't save sketches or close it. Task manager doesn't work and I have to restart the laptop completely. So, I just have to remember to close the Ide every time I take a break. It's not the end of the world but it's one of those niggles.

If you look at the top of left panel it says "version 2.0.6 installed. You're updating to version 2.0.7

ooooh the IDE 2.0 is weird....
no internet connection and compiling now takes minutes instead of seconds -.-
and that is a regular 2560! not even an esp....
lets just say I'm not sure about the 2.0 version yet, even though i really like the extra features in the compiler....
