You have consider alot of things before start preparing for any exam and if it's upsc you definitely need to think about certain things....
1. Do you have plan b
2. Your family Income.. agar ap na bhi earn karro 2-3 sal kya family par impact hoga
3. Are you serious.... To study alot and study subjects you left after 10th.... Can you study daily 8 hrs for 1 year
4. Can you stop in between and get Is it Your skills degrees are such
5. Can you support for living for 2 years.... Coaching fees... Rent... Food other needs
6. Were you intelligent in your school Or have you ever studied for 8 hrs a day for more than a month with Bcoz majority of people clear this exam were hardworking ... Intelligent since childhood or atleast college
7. Your mental health.... Physical environment allow you to study this long with productivity

Science motion equation of accelration
U=inittial vilocity
T=time
S=distance or displacement
A=acceleration
V=final vilocity
Vilocity=speed with direction
Final vilocity-:speed attain by a objecf when it stopped its journey
Inttial vilocity-:speed at the starting of the journey of the object
We measure speed from speedometter and distance from odometter
Vilocity depend on 2 factor speed and direction it should be fix if it dpend on direction it means it is a vector quantity as vector quantity depend on both magnitude(numerical value)and direction where as scaler quantity on only magnitude (numerical value of something)both are physical quantitys(qunatitys that can be measured)if vilocity speed or direction change velocity change is there when vilocity changes through speed it is called as acceleration there are two types of it-:
Accelerate (+ acceleration)-:u<v
Retardation(- acceleration)-:u>v as brakes are applied in it and force is more 😊
And if u want to known proper defination of speed and vilocity so it is-:
Speed-:distance travelled by and object per unit time.
Velocity-:displacement travelled by and object per unit time.
Displacement and distance farak is there.
Displacement-:shortest path between inittial(shuru jaha se kiya path woh point)
Point and final(jaha khatam kiya voh point)point.
Farak nhi padta humne traval kiya hai nhi kiya always sbortest path rahega between inttial point and final point.
And it si unit is metter.
S ke upar arrow is displacement sighn
Also called as straight line motion as it is vector and agar humbe direction change kiya toh usme bhi change ayga.
And now lets talk about distance so
Distance-:
Tottal path travelled by and object between inttial and final point
Si unit is again metter same as displacement.
Farak padta hai ki kisi ne path travl kiya ya nhi kiya kyuki agar kiya tabhi toh hum bolenge distance travelled by and object.
S is the sighn of distance thoda sa farak hai distance displacement ki sighn me
And now let me tell u one imp thing so u wont get confused-:there are 3 v in physics what are they they are-:
V-:speed
V with arrow up-:velocity
V-:final vilocity

My Suggestions would be the person at that age : First take a break for 21 days from your life and prepare for a Good All India level Mock, study for that and observe yourself that if you're able to work hard rigorously and able to study for 14-17hours for that mock efficiently... Then only it's a good signal for you to go for UPSC... Otherwise you'll be just a part of general crowd.... Bcoz at that age... It's not going to be easy bro....
