What Was Palpatine's Order 99?

So we’ve all heard of Order 66, the infamous Clone Order that led to the fall of the Jedi. Some of you will also have heard of Order 37, the most horrific of all of the Clone contingency Orders that you can find out about in this video linked in the comments. While Order 37 was the worst Order, Order 99 was probably the best from the perspective of the Jedi. Palpatine created this order, not for the Clones, but for the Droids. When this Order was activated, it caused the Droids to disregard all previous separatist programming. Once gaining freedom due to Order 99, a B1 named Coppertop devoted his life to giving medical assistance to both separatist and clone alike.
