Sony acquiring Kadokawa is quite bad news. Kadokawa is a Japanese media powerhouse that has their hands pretty much everywhere. This goes way beyond video games here. Sony already has a big foothold on Japanese media, and bringing in Kadokawa will only further Sony's monopolistic status, as well as an even more widespread Western control and supervision (and possibly aseptisation) of such Japanese media.

First Press Games cannot fulfill its preorders. I've been waiting three years for items ordered in 2021. They have a lengthy statement on their website from a few months ago explaining their issues with contractors they use in Germany.

They have also posted a statement regarding this on their twitter timeline, and it's quite odd they have no allowed comments to any of their posts for quite a long time.

DLC eligable for GOTY is objectivey incorrect and wrong for them to do. Granted, we aren't talking about some human rights issue - but it doesn't change the fact it is just incorrect. It's like saying 2+2 is 5 and that's just how I feel about it. No. It is incorrect and it should not be done, and by doing it, it shows how little they care about what they are saying this is all about.

The Game Awards have never been worse. Between nominating Elden Ring's DLC for Game Of The Year and Zelda Echos Of Wisdom nominated for best family game it's all gone to the pigs.

those ppl who bought the ps5 pro are suckers. if you buy something that supposedly has better and improved tech then there's no reason why your games should look worse than the OG ps5.

this sounds like a scam to me. i used to be a playstation owner (ps2, ps3, ps4, psp, vita) and sony didnt fully supported the peripherals to these devices,

i remember buying an eye toy for the eye of judgment game that began collecting dust after due to poor support from that company.

learned my lesson and jumped right away to PC. i know its not perfect and it has its own problems but its far better than being at the mercy of sony
