How to turn on you Sub woofer control on your Pioneer DEH radio

When using the rear high level outputs as sub woofer are both channels live? If you have to use only one channel, do you have to bridge the rear for a single output or just use left or right channel on its own?

Edit: found the manual it appears you can use 2x4ohm or 1x2ohm bridged.

with this type of set up, your other regular 4 speakers are just hooked up to the radio wires, and just play off the stereo power, right??

What sp-o mode do you need for rear speaker output to active subwoofer? For use with sp line inputs and no use of rca input? I want to connect a Pioneer TS-WX300A active sub without rca input but line in from rear speakers

I have a Sony xav ax 100 head unit. My question is, can I mess with some of the features and settings on the head unit after setting up my gains on my amp (such as extra bass). Also I noticed that my radio has both high pass and low pass filters. But I can’t turn off the low pass filter. Only the high pass filter... Help please????

Hi I'm trying to play a powered subwoofer on a DEH-2200EU. Basically I ran the RCA jacks directly to the Subwoofer and plugged it(sub) into an inverter. Im only getting a hum from the sub. can u help?

My pioneer deh 4500bt distorts at higher volumes, can I connect an amplifier to it using the rca outputs and setting the speaker p outs to rear/rear?

Need some help on my pioneer deh-s6200bs. My subwoofer no longer works. Everything is fine but i cant seem to get subwoofer working. I rewire all my wires. Resetted the stereo and still nothing. When i have the stereo on off and look into the settings it has a S/W setting and it reads something like file error. I tried turning s/w on and off it still wont turn on. I tried few amps and still doesnt come on. I need help with this.
