I accidentially stumbled upon this video. Now this is me at 36 standing in my living room around midnight, never been dacing before, trying to master a fouettè😂😂😂. What a funny experience. Well, I understood everything and it went fairly well (I am lifting weights on a regular basis so I am not very unexperienced) until the actual piroutte came. It was too difficult to see how everything goes together and that part was a little too short. However, I will definitely keep on trying because it really challenges my hips and I definitely need to stengthen them. very good video❤
