Yhwach would definitely win in a fight because his Schrift is broken, but Ichigo is stronger and has more AP. Since this is TS + HoS though then Yhwach low-mid diffs

Ichigo is far above him in AP and speed he was capable of speed blitzing a soul king absorbed Yhwach and then oneshot him with just true shikai and HOS. Yhwach only survived that due to The Almighty since he literally cut him in 2 pieces.
