I discovered your videos a few weeks ago and I’m hooked on your cooking videos. I like how you show us how, however you speed past the lengthy parts so the video is straight and to the point of the essentials of the process and measurements. And I like how you have your ingredients pre-measured out so you’re very organized. And I enjoy your commentary or tips. Mahalo for your awesome videos.

You are sharing your heart and such amazing recipes with all of us. Am from Kaua'i and love your local recipes! I only wished I watch my Mama cook her favorite recipes when she was still here on earth. She had a great Japanese friend and that's how I learned to love Japanese cuisine and Oriental Art!. I also love Chinese Food all kind of cultures for that matter. Thank you Leonora for sharing what could have been lost forever!

Hi aunty, thank you for sharing this recipe. Reminds me of the cookies my dad used to order at a Chinese restaurant in Waipahu 25 years ago. If you have a chance, can you please share a Chinese tea cookie recipe if you have one? The huge cookies they sell in Chinatown in the clear bags? We really enjoy your channel and you make us miss Hawaii ! Mahalo 🤙

I made these cookies last night. These cookies are great! But, the cookies did not get as crisp as yours. I got the same amount of cookies as you did, and I baked them for 13 minutes. Any ideas? Question? What is the brand name of the shredder that you are giving away? Keep up the good work, you are a great teacher!
