Full recipe
1 cup all-purpose flour 120g
1/2 cup almond flour 60g
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
10 tbsp unsalted butterunsalted butter, at room temperature 142g
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar+3tbsp
1/4 cup sliced almonds
For the Glaze
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp almond extract

Made these for my Momma last night for her birthday. Almond cookies are her favorite. She said these were hands down the best almond cookie she has ever had. Thank you for a great recipe!

Made them this morning. Very good recipe ! 2 Tbsp of cookie dough weighed 37 grams and made much larger sized cookies than what was shown on the video.
I reduced them to 25 grams each and it looked more like the ones on the video

John, I made these today. They are absolutely delicious. I let the dough stay in the fridge for 45 minutes. They turned out perfectly. I didn't frost them but covered the tops entirely with sliced almonds. They just melt in your mouth and I must admit, the dough is delicious too! Oh yum!

I just made your Almond cookies (biscuits here in England!). I love Almonds and their taste, and in Spain they are SO popular. My 'ground almonds' (Almond flour) is from Spain so to add to the Spanish 'feel' I made the drizzle using Spanish lemon juice and zest too! Almonds and lemons go together like Lennon and McCartney but taste even better! Thanks for your wonderful recipes. By Summer I will have increased in weight by about 50 pounds but who cares!?

No eggs, hmm. I'm committed though cause I already bought the almond flour. Whoa, it was kinda expensive!!!
I keep almond extract cause I love it.
I'm whipping these up tonight. I can't wait. Will be using amaretto in my glaze.
Update....
I made them tonight, they were delish. The amaretto in the glaze was a wonderful addition.

Just made them, and oh dear lord are these good. Toasted my almond flour before hand and it added a lovely note to the flavour of these! Absolute banger, well done! Also love the grams in the recipe, such a life saver
