Until recently this has been a satisfying story for Octane. Octane to me is the kind of character that is so simple they don’t really need a super complex backstory.

as an octane/mirage main, i just love the difference between the two.

mirage lost almost all his family and is on the verge of losing his mother, all his past friends died, so he’s always lonely, and he pushes people away as a defence mechanism and masks it with humour.

octane had loads of fun, he had so many fans and friends, but not listening caused his relationship with his father to fail. he continued to have fun though.

New sub here. Not an Apex player but my eldest son is a huge Titanfall fan and neither of us knew that Apex Legends was part of that universe. Don't know how we didn't know. Lol.
