I think Gears 2 was my favorite entry in the series. I'd spend hours getting all the collectibles, unlocking characters for multi-player, and getting all the achievements. Simpler times.

The Locust war and the Zeon/Federation wars from gundam are the only 2 sci-fi conflicts I love/adore that haven't been ruined by its sequels. Love seeing this conflict covered

Imagine if planet Sera in Gears of War is just another lost human world in the same universe as Warhammer 40K. Everyone in COG is on their last leg, Jacinto is on the verge of collapse and then suddenly unknown space vessels descend from skies and the you pods making landfall. Next thing you know Adeptus Astartes are ripping and tearing the Locus apart like they were made nothing

Watching this video I just now realized that the device bard finds that has a map of the hollow after the resonator fails is the same device that carmine throws into the pit during the first mission. Could’ve avoided the whole resonator situation from the start.

Great video again and I'm pretty sure I said a similar thing on one of your other videos. Lore and timeline videos are really great at bringing things together. Much of this lore can often be given out of order, years apart or even in a piece of DLC that we didn't get. This has structured the key events into a clear timeline. Nice video.

I remember when I first played this game and looking at a chainsaw attached to a gun and thought this was one of the most coolest weapons ever and pretty much ended up being obsessed with the game. When someone said this game had one of the best story lines ever in gaming wasn't lying. The first 3 were beyond amazing. Sadly after the 3rd one the games didn't feel the same.

The trilogy of gears 1, 2 and 3 will always be my all time favourite game series to me it was perfect I got my Xbox after playing gears 1 round my bros house it started strong got better with 2 and 3 was an all round perfect game the campaign was truly unbeatable it’s a shame what happened with 4 and 5 and I’m scared for 6 it should have ended with 3 and remained perfection all round I give a pass to judgment as it was a prequel and I’m all for more of those just to add more story to the trilogy
