I've done this like months ago, but I honestly thought it was like Steam where it has to be fully open and running in bg. When I had exited out the client, I found that Fortnite was still running to no avail and I've been using it without the launcher ever since.

So this particular video was by far the most helpful video I’ve used yet, I’m under the impression that it is the use all available course command that made the biggest difference for me but I could be mistaken. That and making sure to turn my ram to the acronym that makes it run both sticks at their max speed in bios.

This issue is also cause by some Nvidia drivers like 3 or 4 the driver before 526.98 starting having these issue if u had hardware acceleration GPU scaling on a pc program like desktop manger will use 100% of your gpu and none of your gpu I can't remember which drivers version with hardware acceleration GPU scaling on will cause this issue by the 526.98 version is fine for now just keep in mind. ( Sorry if i'm confusing)

I run 120 in lobby but if I go to locker or open anything in the game I drop to 17 fps I don't know what to do it used to be consistent

newer drivers say it but its a visual bug if u actually ran the gpu at 100% it wouldnt last long

So if you put those command lines in via the launcher but run the game direct via the exe what’s the point of those command line arguments to help with FPS drops? Bet I don’t get a response

WHENEVER i log into game i cant load into spawn island, i always spawn in the air with no battle bus or just in the water, maybe even dead sometimes. any help?

i wouldnt recommend setting gpu too 100% as itll wear your gpu out alot faster and will be worse for the long term

Does this to me with every game. We ruled out the GPU being the issue but it's still used at 100% when Fortnite is open AND its temperature doesn't even go above 35°C
Did everything, and still the game wont run above 15 FPS with a Ryzen 7 5700X and an RTX 3060
