It's ridiculous I need to look around YouTube for performance optimizations for this game. Back in C5S1 I had no issue running the game at a stable 120-180 FPS on Epic Settings (1440p resolution, 60% 3D Resolution, Disabled Nanite Virtualized Geometry) while also recording gameplay with OBS at 1440p120fps. Now the second I drop out of the bus I'm stuttering like crazy whenever I'm moving around the map. Talk about poor optimization and a company like Epic Games should've had this sorted out already.

it only stutters in the middle of the day when there are many people online playing on the servers but at night when there arent many people online the stutters stop

Every single time I play I get red and yellow WiFi symbols. I’ve tried everything, my set up is over $1000 and I got a pc made for gaming. Any other game works just fine, no lag or WiFi issues. Idk if it’s just Fortnite? I know it isn’t me but I don’t know what it is

I just came back to playing fortnite, I load in to 1v1 creative to just free build and get back to fortnite. But when I move forward or to the side or just move, my fps drops from stable 165 fps to 30, 49, 14 and stuff like that. I can play Rainbow six seige lag free with stable 165 and Gta 5 smooth, anyone got any tips to fix my fortnite? Anything helps😀

Mine stutters every second (18-60 FPS). I play at 4K epic settings and even in performance mode an it still stutters. I downgraded my drivers and it still lags. It might just be the Fortnite patch, but it was stable last week. I cleared my cashe and it still lags. It only runs stable in the lobby.
