Dr. Dray, you are a rockstar!! I'm so grateful to have found you 4 years ago! You have provided me with so much invaluable info on existing issues I have (and friends/family have), what to not waste my money on and have taught so many tips. I've started wearing upf driving gloves, slathering on the cerave right after my showers and have significantly stepped up my skincare game based on your advice. My skin is glowing and I feel my most beautiful! I really appreciate what you do and just wanted to say thank you so much!

This was SO helpful! I was told I have folliculitis back in October last year and I used topical clindamycin to clear it up, but as soon as I stopped the topical it came back. I recently stopped drinking energy drinks for a different reason and I noticed my folliculitis started clearing up and now I know why! Thank you for this information!

Omg thank you so much! I've been taking B12 for months, now I finally know why no matter what skincare I apply they would not go away!

OMG I think you just diagnosed my issue! I've been taking B12 500 mcg daily for a year, and B6 50mg for a few months and have been having crazy forehead non-comedonal breakouts and irritation for the past 3 months-ugh. The derms have been stumped. Stopping the supplements, stat! Thank you!

Very interesting video Dr. Dray. Who knew we had all these things, fungus & mites ugh, living on our skin! Our skin is a very complex organ for sure.

I maybe had a pimple or two my whole life; but when I started double cleansing, I started getting little bumps. I happened to listen to Dr. Sam Bunting and she said she noticed in her practice, that that occurring in many of her patients who double cleansed. She said wash your face and rinse ten times. So I did and the bumps went away in my case.

I have rosacea with an overgrowth of demodex mites that cause itchy bumps. I have discovered that Vichy Normaderm intensive purifying foaming cleanser gel for blemish prone skin for face and body (200ml green tube) works to kill the demodex mites and by killing the mites my rosacea won't flare. I wash my face daily with this and both rosacea flares and itchy demodex bumps stay away. The salicylic acid breaks up the oil that the demodex feeds on in our pores so it gets rid of the mites so it's anti-microbial and also anti-inflammatory. I have tried Soolantra which is Ivermectin but when using the Soolantra I still flared and it was an uphill battle with the itchy demodex bumps. Soolantra is also way more costly compared to the salicylic face wash and comes with side effects so give it a go

Soolantra Rocks! It's done a number on my roseca. I've never been more clear in my life because of it.

I've been to three different dermatologists and none of them did any tests. They just looked at my face and prescribed antibiotics and tretinoin for a few months when I told them I can't even handle over-the-counter retinol. I know you Dr. Dray always say not to self-diagnose, but I don't see another way at this point.

Here’s the translation of your updated message:

Hello Doctor, please guide me.

I am 44 years old and have been experiencing acne for about 20 years. Most of it appears on my scalp, where pimples form at the hair roots, leading to hair loss. I get fewer pimples on my face. My scalp and face become very oily. I have visited several doctors, and they prescribed some antibiotics or acne medications, but after stopping the medication, the pimples reappear. Also, the acne scars on my face leave dark spots.

I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on this issue.

Thank you very much.
